A 50% deposit will hold an animal that is in stock and available for 30 days. (Unless other arrangements have been made) Failure to pay remaining balances will result in loss of deposit. Deposits made for expected offspring *will be refunded* if the animals are not produced during their season.
All orders must be paid by Pay-Pal or money order. When submitting payment in form of Money Order, make them payable to TOM MOSES.
Animals will be shipped on Mondays thru Wensday ONLY... We will no longer guarantee live arrival on animals shipped with Airborne Express, UPS, or Fed-Ex. These shippers will not allow us to insure live animals so if you wish to save a few bucks and pick one of these shippers it's on you. Orders shipped Delta (Dash) Air cargo will still have a live arrival guarantee. Shipping charges to and from our location is the buyers responsibility, unless other arrangements have been made. Shipment may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions.
Shipping prices include heat packs and styro lined boxes when needed. All animals are guaranteed to arrive alive and outwardly healthy. No live arrival guarantee on Chameleons or amphibians at any time. If an orders picked up late or you miss the carrier this will void the guarantee. Temperature below 40f in my area or the destination address will void live arrival guarantee. Gross negligence on the part of the buyer will void the guarantee.
MandM Herps WILL NOT be responsible for mishandling or delays of shipments by the carrier.
For DOA arrival of a delivery:
No sales will knowingly be made to minors. If you are under 18 you will need to have your parents call or provide legal proof that you are able and aloud to purchase said reptile.
